Psalms 23

1. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not lack.

2. He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters.

3. He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for you are with me; your rod and your staff they comfort me.

5. You prepare a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: you anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.

6. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Path Definition

A way, course, or track, in which anything moves or has moved; route; passage; an established way;

O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walks to direct his steps.

Jeremiah 10:23

Path Description

The Women's Outreach Ministry Path starts by our Good Shepherd, Jesus, finding us as his very own sheep and leading us along the way we should go.

And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.

Isaiah 42:16

Then the Women's Outreach Ministry Path continues by following Jesus as He finds other Women along life's journey that need encouragement and someone to walk with them as they learn to trust Jesus as their Savior and surrender to Him as Lord of All.

11. For thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out. 12. As a shepherd seeks out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.

Ezekiel 34:11-12

The books read will help illustrate how the Lord Jesus shepherds His People and how His People are to trust and follow Him.
